If this was a game for nickels only I would have probably gone 6. Silver toning seems to have a bias since they tend to have more vivid, deep...
I don't snipe when bidding. I'll place a bid that is my limit so it wouldn't matter either way.
For a nickel it doesn't get much better than that. I'd go a high 5! I like how well the color spectrum is distributed across the obverse and...
I agree with a 4. A pretty coin but not enough of the color spectrum to go 5.
A long time ago at a coin show a dealer plopped one down in front of me as I was browsing some of his coins. I said "No thanks, I'm married"....
I still need to get one for my set. Maybe I can find one with a prosthetic leg.

Here's an 1879 3CN graded PR65 Cameo by PCGS. Did it get a bean? [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I can post one next unless someone else is waiting.
Even if there are a number of original unsearched rolls/bags out there somewhere, what is the probability of finding examples higher than MS66?...
Even with the large numbers of RD cent rolls that were saved from the 1940's and 1950's most coins in these rolls probably grade MS65 and lower....
There's no link. It indicates that I have to login to Instagram or Facebook to proceed.
I don't have an Instagram account so I couldn't watch the video.
It's funny how different the PCGS and GC pictures differ. I'd give the coin in the PCGS photos a solid 4 but a high 2 to low 3 in the GC photos....
