It certainly is pretty.
Unless the coin is in the holder slightly askew, it is going to be VERY tough without freeing the coin from plastic, in my experience.
As a proof, and provided the toning hasn't impaired the mirrors and I liked the coin, absolutely. Proof coins, for some reason, often tone darkly...
He did not offer a grade other than AU.

Sorry, almost forgot about this one. PCGS graded it AU 58. I think they nailed the grade, but was hoping for a AU 62 or 63. :( The reverse...

Send it in to PCGS for spot/grade review and mention the reverse fingerprint. If I had to guess they will dip the coin and return it.

All depends on the grade, but when you find one, don't expect it to be cheap.
