I really want to say 66 (the coin reminds me of an NGC 66 RB large cent), but I whimped out and guessed 65.
Once you cracked the coin, you gave up your ability to return, IMO. However, I don't see what it would hurt to try and fill out a SNAD form....
Why not simply factor this into your bids rather than complain and condemn (not that there's anything wrong with complaining and condemning)?
