I have never seen a lamination error on a zincoln but it does remind me of lamination so that was my first thought. I do see the die crack so...
Well I do believe I have found a lamination error on a 2019 zincoln well i'm fairly certain it is but hey it's a zincoln it could be anything lol....
As stated above the W is the initial of the designer. On Mercury dimes the mint mark would be located on the reverse to the right of ONE of one...
