I don't think the 65 and 66 are proof, but very nice SMS coins for sure!
My one piece of advice I can offer for detecting cleaned silver: Avoid battleship grey. It is almost always a sign of previous cleaning.
I believe the P mintmarks (Not including wartime issue nickels) were first added to coins in 1979. So anything before that on a nickel is a philly.
I bring all I can afford to bring. Though it isn't some of these adults with jobs, but I typically bring 150-200 to shows.

They could be anything from MS60-70 grade. Typically in the 64-65 grade though
