Nope. I have seen the TPGs get the grade wrong many times, as well as slab counterfeits.
And it is strange because this coin can be had for just a couple dollars.
@LaCointessa Unfortunately, Parthicus is correct. Your coin is a modern replica. It looks to be made of lead or something similar.
