There appears to be some discoloration above the ear which looks like wear. However, I am not sure if this is the first spot to wear on this...
That does not mean it has not been cleaned. I think it got net-graded down from AU-58 territory.

My first thought was MS-65 RB, but I talked myself down fo MS-64 RB after seeing the marks in front of Lincoln's face.
