"White" indicates no toning whatsoever - a nice bright, frosty surface
It's a very nice strike, but I see some scratches (are they on the coin or the holder). Even with the scratches, I think it's probably MS64.
We are cleaning out our eBay store, so we have listed a lot of coins starting at .99 - some don't have bids yet and they start ending tonight....
