The mintmark looks dark around it. But I've seen that with certified genuine specimens as well.

I remember when I lived in Boca there was constant paranoia about counterfeits... even the gas stations pulled out the markers for notes as small...
Pursuant to U.S. Code, is illegal to counterfeit any foreign currency or coinage.

Nice purchase price. IMO, the first photo of the obverse specimen exhibits some signs of evidence of cleaning. That said, it is beautiful :)

In any event going back to your original question, I believe it is worth getting graded. But that's just my two cents worth :)
This is exactly how I view it. No guarantee either way with those numbers, only a diagnostic towards verifying the authenticity of a specimen....
