ICG had a good day of submissions. The show was smaller than usual due to some of the dealers going to Long Beach. One dealer warned me when the show opened that he expected this to be the worst Lakeland show ever. Apparently, it all depends on what you are selling. So far I have not heard it is a bad show but will ask around tomorrow. As usual, it was busy until the afternoon when stuff slowed down. Many dealers left early in expatiations of being more busy tomorrow.
As I wrote the show was smaller than the last. So far I've not heard any grumbling although there are some dealers that I never see anyone at their tables. The dealers near me are constantly busy. Some of you know that Ed has been sick and the December show will determine if Lakeland continues into 2023. Several dealers who have taken tables in the past just walk the show now. That cuts down on the show income. I'll try to find someone who is having a bad show tomorrow.
Lots of public here today. No bad comments from dealers. I think they would tell me the truth if the show was bad. ICG had our best show ever at Lakeland. I suspect FUN will be busy. See you in a week. After FUN I'll get back to posting some quizzes. I'm saving up.
