Howdy, I believe the doubling was DD but the rim strike has me confused as to what was the cause and if it attributed to doubling on obverse. Or am I totally off the mark again...lol Thanks again.
Notice the radial flow lines on the obverse. Your coin was struck with a very worn die. Die deterioration doubling.
Thank you for the explanation as to how die deterioration can affect the strike in different ways. I had it backwards.
