In the word liberty it seems a little out of wake there is not even close it being straight. On the reverse side on the column one own each end shows a little bit of doubling coming out of the column can't see it as good on a camera. You can see it really good with it in your hand Big difference I don't know why they be that big of a deal with it.
These are still coming out of those old rolls this lady had put up at her old country store I just went and got four more she has two left I told her I would be back in a little bit. I was going to just buy them but she did not want to do that just for two rolls they have to be trade straight out but that is all right don't live that far away from the store.
It is common for the Liberty to be a bit out of whack, at least on the pre-1968 cents. Is the B to big or the E to small? The high W is another common anomaly found on pre-68's.
I have checked Variety Vista and can not identify your coin as one of the four listed. I see a doubling of LIBERTY, doubling of IN and doubling of 9 in the date. The photo is blurry at liberty and IGWT and makes further analysis speculative. A clear enlarged photo of IGWT, Liberty and the date and MM would be helpful.
I would love for you to tell me were the doubled die at cause the closet think I saw on that coin was liberty and maybe the date. I was thinking it was a doubled die to I will try to send more pictures I may have to get my wife phone she has a little bit better camera than I do but I will do what I got to do.
re. my previous post. If you look closely at the word liberty you can see a bifurcation at the top of the letters L, I and Y. The I and N of the word IN are over-struck to the NNE. The left arc of the 9 appears to be doubled, shifted east. The coin will not have a great value because of the poor condition if it proves to be a DDO, however a nice coin for your collection. A word of caution: An assessment of a coin is only as good as the quality of the photo. The only thing better is to have the coin in-hand.
