Australia 1939 1 shilling

I have a nice looking 1939 Australian 1 shilling. Looking around online this is a key date for this coin and holds decent value.
Looking for feedback on grade, if it's a proof/proof like/ cleaned, and a ballpark estimate of it's value, thanks.

Looks polished to me.

 

Not sure about value, but it definitely does appear to be improperly cleaned.

He looks like a sea bear!

 

I hate when people do this to nice coins. I was suspicious but unsure.

 

A cool looking coin tho. I dig the design.
