    Got the grade right im not used to Jeff's so I guess thats star toning in the jeff world.

    Practically-speaking that star means it’s going to eclipse the grade in the price guide for that eye-appeal were it at auction.

    I know that I saw a morgn that I really like it was $100 coin but because it had a star he wanted $300 for it which was fair it had very nice rainbow Cresent toning.

    Late to the party.
    Very nice obv. and slightly less than desirable reverse.
    I agree with the guess's here. 67/ 65. With a MS66 grade.
    The obverse and toning is amazing, so I can see the *.
