How would you grade this beauty? It has some of the nicest luster I have seen.

Do you have the coin in-hand?

The reason I ask is because unless you have the coin in-hand, it is difficult/impossible to truly judge luster. You have to have the coin in your hands and rotate it under a light to get a true feel for luster. Photos almost NEVER capture this critical component.

That said, I'd grade the coin a 64. Cheek too marred to go higher, and it might even grade lower. Also, I can't make a FBL determination from the photos (not high enough resolution).

    All of the above IMO...Mike

I'd say a 63 or an 64... pretty standard for 1963 Frankies. Lotsa contact marks

Yeah this one is really not too bad with contact marks besides the cheek, but I do think it would brobably grade a 63 or 64.

Mike: Yeah I do have it in hand and the picture does not do the luster justice.

    I'll give it a 63, but that's conservative. It might get a 64.

MS64, seems this coin got in a few fights with some other coins in it's lifetime :)
Can't say I see FBL, but won't really be able to tell unless a great pic of the bell lines are provided, or if I see the coin in hand
You can send me the coin, and I'll say if it is FBL or not, but you might not get the coin back! :D LOL
    A very nice coin :)
A solid 64 in my opinion

I'd go solid 63 , but the luster sure looks like it's all there .

    Ha Ha!!!

I said 63 immediately. Thanks for backing me up ya'll.

Too many contact marks to get a better grade IMHO.

Otherwise a beautiful coin, love to have it for myself.

    No way it'd make 64 IMO - 63.

From the image it looks 63 at best. The mark on the reverse above the H worries me. It looks like a new scratch. Maybe just the image.

No the scratch isn't new and the lighting angle just made it stand out. In hand it isn't too bad.
