I have failed to nail this coin down and hope a subject area specialist can help. It is very thin, AR, 31mm and 7.51 grams.
I cannot tell if it even authentic, but it is definitely struck silver.

The closest I can find points to Levon I of Cilician Armenia. The obverse(?) appears to have a bearded head right wearing some sort of hat/crown. I find several examples of a lion below a cross with two cross bars. One with two stars in the reverse field...as on this coin. Links below. One has a stylized portrait, though facing (unlike the profile on this coin):

    Any help would be appreciated.

Definitely not Armenian. I suspect its a modern fake coin. Even the legends are off...
