    That's a pretty cool MAD cent. I like when they start to lose design elements.

    No, but if it wasn't corrected quickly it could become one. The obv die is far enough off that it would be hitting the collar which could wear down the edge of the die. Then if it was recentered it would show as a die attrition error. Right now it is just a mis-aligned die error.
