These are a few other errors I have. I don’t know, but are any worth sending to a TPG? First is, from what I think from looking on error-ref, a blank type II planchet nickel Second 1999 quarter rotated reverse die Third 1981 cent Fourth 1990 cent Fifth 1982 nickel would all three be called off struck? Correct me please on anything I’m wrong on, thank you!
Not really worth sending to a TPG. Neat though. Stick them in 2x2 flips and a coin album. You will spend too much money for grading and attribution. 1 Type 2 Blank The Nickel is a Misaligned Die Strike. 2 Simple Off-Center Cents When showing a rotated strike you need to show the Obverse and the Reverse reflected in a mirror.
The 1981 and the 1990 cent are both this. http://www.error-ref.com/off-center-strike-with-collar-scar/ the 82 nickel I think is this. http://www.error-ref.com/horizontal-misalignment-of-the-hammer-die/
Thank you all! @paddyman98 i wasn’t sure how to photograph the quarter. Thank you for explaining how to do so. I’ll give that a shot shortly. @Collecting Nut yes I’ll just put in flips, I’m not planning on selling them but it’s good to know I wouldn’t recoup costs. Thank you!
