I have seen listings on ebay of NGC coins that say they are burnished, but the label does not say burnished. Others have burnished on the label. My questions is, can the coin be burnished, without saying that on the label? I would think all NGC labels would have to say burnished, if in fact the coin is burnished. Just wondering if sellers are using the word burnished by mistake, since the label doesn't say it's burnished.
