FEC struck thru grease... do you agree?

Seller claims this coin is AU/MS with struck through grease on the obverse. What say you? These are the only photos:

I would consider that a problem coin and not look at it a second time.
Even if it is a Struck Thru Debris coin, That designation would add no value to the coin, it would only detract value for me.

 

I'm personally of the same opinion. Looks like the reverse was buffed. I think this was perhaps mounted as jewelry.
