Possible doubling on IGWT, the date, LIBERTY, his chin and eye... or is this just worn out? Also, the R of LIBERTY has a big die chip between the bottom prongs. And the steps and initials look weird on the reverse.
Weirdly, the only 1960-D I see on Wexlers that shows the die chip is 002, but the rest of the doubling doesn’t match up
Die chips come with later stage dies. Usually. They are common on 1960-D's. Match up the doubling and don't worry to much about the chip.
