1960-D Lincoln Cent

Also, the R of LIBERTY has a big die chip between the bottom prongs. And the steps and initials look weird on the reverse.

    1960 small date. Your right on the “r” die chip...

    ECC50169-E053-4486-BC0C-9FA621D06C1E.png Weirdly, the only 1960-D I see on Wexlers that shows the die chip is 002, but the rest of the doubling doesn’t match up

    Die chips come with later stage dies. Usually. They are common on 1960-D's.
    Match up the doubling and don't worry to much about the chip.
