    JCro57 Making Errors Great Again

I am looking for examples of coins with damage. However, they must be photos taken by YOU and coins you still own.

    Specifically, I am looking for:

    (1) Environmental damage that has caused a coin to completely change color

    (2) coins with crimping machine damage or wheel marks

    (3) extreme plating blisters on cents

    (4) coins that were altered to resenble errors.(for example, vise job coins)

Again, DO NOT POST PHOTOS YOU DIDN'T TAKE.

Anyone got anything good...I mean, bad?

This coin here has bronze disease: which is severe environmental damage. Screen Shot 2019-11-02 at 9.51.53 PM.png

This Indian has been altered and smoothed.

These coins are corroded and have a nasty green brown color:

#4 altered to resemble error. 1964 5¢ multi-struck/ reverse struck with counterfeit dies. Very smooth and flat.

I'm not saying it was there, but this half looks like it could have been at Antietam.

I forgot to mention the DDR on the double denomination LMC. A second striking is clearly visible in the upper right of the memorial. They either could not decide what to fake or went all out.

Here are a few altered coins to resemble errors I own:

This last is 90% silver, but is a counterfeit ragged clip
