Nope. Meow did not even know there was such a variety for that year. And, in WAM the space between the A and the M are almost as far apart as the M and the E.
3rd and 4th picture look like possible WAM, but not wide enough, and other pics look like CAM. So I would say CAM.
This is a CAM. Notice how narrow the left leg of the "M" is compared to its right? This is probably due to a little grease being in that part of the die. If the left leg was of normal width it would be touching the A making it a CAM. The second marker that tells me this is a CAM can be seen in the A in States. It is positioned closer to the T to it's right. On a WAM it would me more centered between the Ts.
