my paper dollar

this bill was given to me by the wife because it was so crispy but i notice it has been cut all four sides different top and bottom not cut the same the other two sides are way different i am posting a scan can any one who collect paper money is` t a keeper or a spender or if it worth more than a dollar

The note was simply made that way, actually makes the note worth less
If it had some other special issues.
