I keep examining this coin and finally decided to throw it to the lions. It appears to have a number of “issues”. First of all the left, bottom and right sides of the obverse seems to be “uneven”. I don’t know if this will show in the photos but it appears to be like a 3/4 moon starting with UNITED and ending at WE. There appears to be doubling at several spots. The W in WE has a slash through it. The mintmark appears to be doubled. There is “something” in his hair that appears to be letters. My wife has much better eyesight than me and she can’t make out what it is. So is the doubling MMD? Is the rest PMD? Or there something to this one?
Well I am really new here so, I can not say. However, in my opinion cool quarter. I keep looking at "LIB" in Liberty (attached pic 2 over), and the B looks to be almost tripled ...But, I will keep my opinion to myself..lol. Since all these other folks have WAY more knowledge, and experience then I. However, no matter what the results, I would personally keep this one even if MD. Also being a 2019, who knows what all errors will end up being documented as time goes by. Happy coin hunting!!!!!
