Well, I know I already posted one of these a week or so ago and I appreciate everyone who commented on the post, which ultimately concluded it was just a grease filled die, but today I was digging through 1983s again and this time I found another one! I wouldn’t have bothered to post it again except this time I took a good look at the reverse as well, and I’m pretty sure there are some abnormal things going back there! Firstly, Lincoln appears to be missing from the memorial. I can’t tell if he’s actually moved to bay #4, or if my eyes are playing tricks on me again, but nothing looks as it should to me here. The 3 on the date, the shape of the columns, the missing president in the center bay, the weird shape under column #2, everything regarding EPU, the crazy die crack coming from the 4oclock position thru the memorial, something that looks like a character lightly stamped under the M of AMERICA... someone help me out here!!

Struck with Over-used dies that have been cleaned to many times.
    Nice example.

I'll second that and add that it's a Zinc Cent so that makes it worse.
