1984 penny is this a mint error ?

    What do you remember is important about the super thin electrostatic copper plate over a zinc core?

    And what are you pointing out is an error?

    Coins are not printed.. they don't use ink at the US Mint were they MINT coins o_O

    Here is the explanation of what you have

    Fred Weinberg stated -
    Quote "The 'o' of oF is weak because it is opposite the Bust of Lincoln - when
    struck, the metal flows into the larger Bust area of the die, making the design
