#2 is rounded when it hits the field .
#3 has a shelve drop and then hits the field .

    #3 doesn't have the clash either .

Did you see the photos of #2 presented by Lance Newman and #3 by Jason Cuvelier? Both show the clash, unless I'm looking at the wrong photos.

I seen the clash on both, but #3 doesn't list it in the listing .
    #2 does ..

#2 doesn't talk about the shelve drop and then hits the field, which is how round the end of the cud is ..

Which really means #2 round, and #3 has a shelve drop on the end of the cud ..

My best guess is that I would say it is an 03 There is a slightly different rotation to the clash and what seems to be the shape of the smaller CUD.
Things might be easier with an in hand look.

Sorry to hear that. That’s why people should mummy wrap their boxes with strapping tape.

Three finds today. First one is a simple clash on the obverse. No clash showing on the reverse though. Thanks to @Shrews1994 for showing her clashes and making me more aware/alert for them.

Second coin might be PMD. I need some insight. @Fred Weinberg let me know if you need better photos. I see potentially three clips. Barely any Blakeslee effect, but the rim under a loupe is slightly larger/wider on the opposite side of the supposed clip than elsewhere.

Last one has me scratching my head. I believe it to be environmental damage on a 1979? D with a cud (couldn’t find the ref on cuds on coins, maybe wrong date?) and a retained lamination. @Fred Weinberg I could use help here too please!

The area on the date, looks like a retained lamination ..

Yes, sorry. Cud at the 12 o‘clock. Retained lamination makes the date unreadable. Can’t find a matching cud on the website.
