Double die?

    not sure fairly new to coin hunting but could this penny be an error?

    Welcome to CT!!

    Nothing I am seeing looks like it could be a Doubled Die. Is there something you are seeing that is making you think it could be?

    Also it helps if you rotate your photos to orient the coin to the upright position. This way we don't have to crane our heads or turn our devices to see it properly.;)

    The s in states and the e Pluribus Unum looked strange to me and I’ll keep that in mind! Lol sorry about that!

    The (E) you referred to appears to be PMD (Post Mint Damage) as far as the rest of your coin it appears to be a normal circulated coin.JMO
