Help in an identification of a Byzantine? coin...

    Came in a large lot of various types of small trachae. Its one of the smallest in the lot at about 11mm and 0.68g. It does't match any of the Latin Rulers illustrated in Hendy/DOC/Lianta/CLBC, but maybe its a new variety (wouldn't be surprised as I found several new types already in the lot). The obverse seems to be the emperor seated on a throne holding something with his arms extended (but looks more like an imp sitting on a throne to me). I vaguely remember seeing the obverse before, but can't put my finger on it...:

    Oh man, sorry I can't help here, I'm horrible with these things. The first two of your second group look interesting, they don't look even remotely familiar at first glance...Is that first one a monogram maybe?

    Well, I'll just post a sympathy coin, here's one I've never been able to exactly figure out...
