Wow, I did some searches on here and also the Kansas revenue website.

Trying to figure out if I need to pay KS sales tax on internet bullion purchases.

The KS revenue site was very confusing. Best I can tell 6.5% tax is required. Then it goes on to say it's a use tax and links to a four page tax form that was complicated at best.

Also, the KS government currently has a bill going thru the process to exempt PM's from sales tax.

The more I search the further down the rabbit hole I go with fewer answers and more questions.

    Would appreciate any insight.

    Thanks.

Paid Kansas tax on my purchases as part of my state filing today.

My signature is my word and my bond including tax returns.
