Grade doesn't matter with a coin like this it will just bring more money PC slabbed no matter the grade if I want to sell it. Was hoping for FBL though but I knew it was slightly lacking.

That is pretty neat! Can you imagine if it sat on a page with a vulgar word or phrase and it toned onto the coin? :p

Good luck with that. It takes many, many years sitting in a Whitman folder and the exact right surfaces of a coin. There is a reason these are rare.

Sorry, but there is a really annoying reflection. Can you take a picture with less glare :)

The few I have are fully worn. I look thru book cases hoping to find a holy grail! Nice one!

Very awesome. I have a couple circulated Walkers that have toned words from the Whitman they're in. I know they sat in there for at least 40 years.

Whitman folder albums have a paper info sheet attached that lays against one page of coins when closed. If the coin has the right surface that is highly suseptable to toning and the book is kept closed for a long time with pressure on it like if it's at the bottom of a stack of albums then this can happen. Typically it's only a strong letter or maybe a weak word or partial word but for almost the entire surface of the coin to imprint all the lettering and words so crisply the stars really have to align.

Cool. That's typically what you get when transfer does happen but even those bring nice premiums.
