    The first commemorative my father ever showed me and it was a love affair at first sight.....trouble is he cleaned his with a bit of TarnX back in the day. My latest example, ain't, though. Loves Columbians and feel free to post yours......

    I also like them. Especially the reverse. I've only got one and I found it CRH. Not nearly as pretty as yours thouh :)

    Die cracks through the date and maybe lamination error to the immediate right on the obverse?

    Nice coins! I still remember when a dealer I knew (now deceased) referred to the reverse design as the "ship with wheels!" It definitely looks like it when they're worn.

    In this same vein, I bought some Australian pennies today and noticed some green on them, so I tried a soak in a sodium bica... sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and after a time I noticed the water had a slight blue tint...I never knew that baking soda would react with copper!!!
