@Ken Dorney is holding the longest e-auction ever! Look at the closing date in this email I received this morning:

A quick look at the auction and you'd know that was a typo. It closes in 9 days.

While I'm glad he is getting into the auctions game, I think he picked a bad time. Agora is hosting their own auction at the same time, plus they are also holding an auction for Aegean Numismatics.

That's 3 auctions at the same time...ending around the same time. That's going to cut into his final results.

Ken Dorney Yea, I'm Cool That Way...

Well, I didnt write or send the e-mail, but I'm sure one can easily see it for the error it is.

Oz is right about this, but nothing could be done. While some may publish their auction schedules, most of the time they dont keep it so one never knows when other auctions will be running in competition. However, three auctions running at the same time on the same platform will likely provide some bargains.

I kinda have to agree with Ken. With 3 auctions at the same time I have to think somewhere in the 3 theres gonna be some bargains for those with the time to look close enough.
Even with my schedule I've managed to browse through 2 of them. I got the email notification about Ken hosting, it seems like 3 or 4 days ago maybe a couple days later.

tbh Ken, that typeo AND RC posting about it got you some good advertising on your auction.
