Are next note will be the most challenging we have ever offered here
On paper money graders this will be a 3 part Challenge or 4 points possible
Note, so get your magnifying glasses out and take a look ! one of the rarer
notes in the entire MPC series this, Series 521 $10 is a tough get in any condition

    VF-25

Designation: Dicoloration on face and back, possibly due to bleach, but decided to go with foxing of the paper instead , also improperly cut top margin

    Final Q. Apparent VF-25

Hopefully I can win one point before getting totally shut out. It's just that MPC's are so new to me. I see other money all the time so I usually know how it is supposed to be.

Good luck to all the other graders!

First i would look at the picture and look to see if i notice any dirtiness or any noticeable wear or trear. Then i would look for crispiness using the cornes to make my best estimate. I would continue to look to see if i notice any fold marks, or any smudges. Then i would look to see if i notice any waving. Then when i gave you my i answer i would say " My best estimate of the grading considering i am unable to hold or feel with my hands is ( such and such ) grading but i suggest for you to get it seen in person."

Since we are in a cyber space enviroment, it is impossible to handle the notes
Seen here physically however there are many, many aspects of a note that can
Seen by careful visual analysis, handling the note can basically evaluate one thing
the crispness or not of the note if you closed your eyes and tried to grade a note
you would be out of luck cause it would be impossible ! so basically handling of
the note is worth about 10 Percent in the process.

First off i want to thank everybody for taking on this most difficult challenge
as there were many parts to consider, first and most important was the actual
Grade of the note unfortunately we had no winners in that category :(
on the second part of the challenge was to give a designation which means
in this case PPQ (Paper Quality) In reading some of the answers i dont think
That was well understood or explained on my part, but there was no winners
In that part of the question but we did have a few winners in the Apparent
Part of the contest even though they did confirm the apparent grade they
Could not tell me the specific issue, there was actually two.

    so congrats to:

    Branden Spiegel ( 1 Point )

    Steve e ( 1 Point )

Valpro Begginer ( 1 Point ) ( His first point in the contest ) :)
