I have 2 1990 no mint mark pennies how can. U tell they weren't proof and some one purposely put em in circulation along time ago when they came out come no one knew they be worth any thing let's be realistic for all ppl in denial

and for the record, it's not a proof. You'll want to look for Lincoln's head being strangely "frosty", or sort of matte-looking. Also, the fields (ie, everything not the head) should be strangely shiny.
Alejandro.. Your 2 Cents are not proof. If you look at the raised rim they are rounded not flat as a proof should look. There is no Mintmark because they were struck a the Philadelphia Mint. And the best evidence is that the date looks doubled due to Die Deterioration. It's a plating issue for that date. I don't think that 2 proof coins would have that type of minor doubling error
