Looks to have some silver content; is that 'B' a mint-mark?

Wilhelm 5th? Properly German or Prussian?

    Thanks...

What you have is a 2 mark coin of Wilhelm I, King of Prussia from 1861 to 1888, Emperor of the newfounded 2. German Empire from 1871 - 88.
The alloy consiste of 90 % silver and 10 % copper.
B is the the mintmark of the Hanover - mint, wich was closed down in 1878.
Your speciemen is quite worn, as those early Emire - coins usualt are, butnever the less very collectable.
