War Nickels

Are WAR NICKELS 1942-1945 or just oct of 1942 that are war nickels or is it all of 1942 as well as 43,44,and all of 45,,please let me know thanks Tod

42 through 45 are all 35% silver with the mint mark above the dome, even the P

 

Only part of the year, not sure what months but the redbook has a breakdown

My girl today got a roll from the bank,we roll pick and she got a roll with 7 war nickels with a mint mark over the dome and about 25 1941,40,,,pretty neat...

Ahhh - no comment but she can give you move than a few nickels.

 

Still picking this batch,I just open a roll with no war nickels but,13 46's,5 47's,5 48's,5 49's,have not check all mint letters,great night for some old nickels
