Is this a Die Crack?

Ok, I am new to this, I only recently started coin collecting, so I am not well versed in identifying errors yet, but I am trying. I'm currious about something I found on a brand new 2012 Lincoln Cent I pulled out of a roll of 2012's from the bank.



I apologize for the poor picture, but I could not get the detail I needed with a regular picture, so I took one through my 25x magnifier. Is this a Die Crack?

It could be but can't see a lot from this image.

 

It might be a die scratch. can't tell without better pictures
