Is this Morgan a proof???

I've never seen a proof Morgan in person so could you veteran collectors tell me if this is a proof or not?
It is on eBay. This is the title of the listing.

Nope. Just PL.

 

How can you tell? I hunt thru raw Morgans pretty often & I would like to know how to tell the difference. I've looked at photos to compare, but most proofs I see are more buisness strike like in my opinion.

Could someone please tell me how to tell the difference?

I know this seller. They're not that far from where I live.

They wouldn't know a PL Morgan if it had been sitting next to them on a park bench at lunch time. More likely juiced the pics to make it appear it was a PL, when in actuality, it isn't.
