      You seem to have experience with fractional notes from surfing the forum. I recently submitted a post about my newly acquired 5 cent and 10 cent fracs. No replies yet which seems strange. Thenotes have no creases, wrinkles, spots, or stains. They appear to be hand cut from a sheet. The 5 center being just nipped off at the lower right obverse corner. I need to know what or how to check for genuiness. I can supply better piics if
      needed. Can you help lead me to reference books which maybe even have some measurements. If real I'll submit them in hopes of very high grades. Thank you.
