Hi, I'm a collector of the Washington quarter's, but not just any ol' Washington quarter's. I'm looking for toned Washington Quarter's, they can be raw or certified. If they are certified I'm looking only for a rainbow toning in MS with a STAR (NGC) or if- PCGS- toned with a + sign, if they are raw I'm looking only for MS coins, sorry for such the pickiness, but I love these coins and want it to be an extravagant site to see when I'm done.
