$5 loose halves: Nothing

Did find a 1981 S proof dime while emptying out my change jar though.

Box of Nickels: 21 pre-1960 (one of my lowest ever), No Buffs, No Wars, I also found a dateless Jefferson nickel (all other features were intact except the year was rubbed off). Strange. I'll try to put a pic up sometime.

Box of Halves: 1982S and 2000S proofs. No silver.

Also, got word from a local bank that I am free to purchase bags from them anytime I want. I've never done it before so I'm gonna try to buy a $500 bag of dimes hopefully later today.

 

picked up another box of nickels and pennies that ill go through once the kids get home. randomly asked if there where any 2 dollar bills. picked up a 1928 red seal.

I'm so sick of idiots marking halves that are NIFC and or toned MS coins. Just picked up a box and was looking for Enders when I saw a really nice 2012 half with a big blue F2 on it. Really dude!? That would have been my first 2012 half. So sickening.

 

I did a box a week or two ago that had $20 of 2011's and $20 of 2012's...I was beginning to say "Okay! Enough of that! Show me some silver!", but none came. I kept all of them course, but am going to go through all of my NIFC's and toss back the lower grades (I have too many ). Keep up the hunt, your *(unmarked) 2012 is bound to come

 

Outta those 2 boxes I got a 1943p war and suprising low amount of wheats with only a 44,45,and 55. just get worse lol

 

Do you look for variety coins?

 

When any bank gives you free permission to order any boxes (especially halves), I would run with it. Some are tightening up more than others.
