He doesn't have them all. Population 19/0 BTW, the 1950-D was a known scarce mintage and the coin was widely hoarded. So much so that it is almost impossible to find an example in circulation. If you are looking through change to find a 1950-D, all I can say is good luck!
I doubt my 50-D has been in circulation for 62 years. Likely, someone's "collection" got cashed in for face, since it came out of a roll with many other pre-60 nickels. And here are two Liberty Nickel keys I bought last December:
