I would like to know your thoughts about PCS coin grading. Not to be confused with PCGS. How good are they in grading compared to PCGS and NGC?
PCS? Consider it worse than an ungraded coin because you will not be able to examine it as closely as a raw coin and because others will wonder why it is in a PCS holder.
Unfortunately, even if an off-brand TPG is accurate in its grading, I don't feel it will help bring a premium over a raw coin, nor will it ease a potential buyer's concern of authenticity.
You have already received some good answers IMO. If you are considering buying a coin in a "PCS" holder, then post a photo of the coin or post a link to the coin. I suspect most folks would like to comment on the coin.
All worthless grading companies. Are you telling me that you dont have any confidence on grading your coins or even try to learn how to grade coins. Its actually pretty easy. Or you belong to other incompetent people who would rather make excuses to learn how to grade coins?
NECROPOST ALERT @Alex&Kayla 1. Don't hijack somebody else's (very old) post 1a. When you start your own post, give it a good title - "Opinion on PCS Graded 1933 Lincoln Wheat Cent, please" 2. Need a picture or it doesn't exist
