Hose Maria Morelos y Pavon (1765-1815). Mexican priest. After the executing of Miguel Hidalgo he became the main leader of the Mexican movement for independence. He was executed too: Spaniards shot him at December 22 1815.
Antonio Jose Sucre. Liberator of Ecuador and one of the best generals of Simon Bolivar's army. President of Bolivia at 1826-28. He was murdered at June 4 1830.
Joseph Tiso. President of Republic of Slovakia at 1939-45. He was Hitler's adherent and during his presidency Slovakia was in war against Russia, UK and USA. Joseph Tiso was hanged up at April 18 1947.
Vasco Nunez de Balboa (1475-1519). Spanish conquistador. He was the first European who crossed Isthmus of Panama and left on the Pacific coast of Panama. Balboa founded the Spanish colony on territories of Panama and some time operated it. In 1519 him accused of high treason and beheaded.
Jose Francisco Morazan Quezada (1792-1842). President of Honduras (1827-1830), president of El Salvador (1836-1836), president of Costa-Rica (1842). He was shot in San Jose (Republic of Coste-Rica) at September 15 1842.
Interesting topic. Here are two pieces from the GDR (East Germany 1949-90) dedicated to communist leaders who were killed (images from ddr-muenzen.de). The 20M coin was issued in 1971 and commemorates Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht, two communists who were killed by a paramilitary group in the 1918/19 revolution. The other one, a 10M piece issued in 1986, commemorated Ernst Thälmann, a leading politician of the Communist party in the Weimar Republic years.
