Logic of Morgan Dollar values

Very true sir. Some of them were saved because of them being the first year. I believe if it were not for the notoriety of the date, in MS condition the 16d would be no where near a key for this series. NN had a good article a few months back by Paul Green showing the 16d is more available in MS than many other early dates of the series.
