Indiana state quarter error?

    Indiana state quarter with the D missing from Indiana on reverse. Is it a common error? No picture yet but will try to post when i get one.

    I think if you just search the old threads with the word "missing" you'll find the answer that you need...

    Indiana quarter error

    Still searching for info on missing d in Indiana on reverse. Should have picture later today.

    More than likely a "struck through grease" coin. while they garner interest, non are typically treated as true error coins with numismatic value.

    Unless, of course, they are really clean and grade relatively high.

    Still waiting to see the coin again to get picture to post. I think this quarter will be for sale. I will post that info when i post the picture. Thank you very much for the info. John
