Hey Jay, thanks for finding these sites. I like them all, but not enough to add to my site. The capped bust dime was good, but check out the one I have and I am sure you will agree that it is much better. I liked the Travers site and the Snow site, but not exactly what I am looking for.
Hey OneCent1909......I won't give out your real name...LOL....nice find BTW! Congrats! Add two more to the list! You are on a roll with a total of 9 sites used and a possible few others. Thank you for your contribution.
Congrats to both OneCent and Heuvy for contributing a site that I used. They actually contributed the same site, but One Cent sent a link to the main page and Heuvy sent a link to the encyclopedia part of it. Both of which I used. Thank you.
I'm slowing down.... how about..... YouTube PCGS webinar on coin grading.... " youtube]Apn-kYEl-Xw " dont want the video to pop up on this board
here, there, no computer for a bit, new position at work and trying to find you guys again for the most part, living at work
Hey Gang - a quick up date as we end the second week. The links page has doubled in size thanks to all of your contributions. I went through all 5 pages of this thread and added two more sites. Here is the leader board so far.... 1. OneCent1909 with a commanding lead of 11 sites 2. Jaynumbers with 4 sites 3. Three way tie for 3rd - Greenie, Heuvy31 and Wiggam all have 2 sites 4. Timewarp and Twiggs both have 1 site each. Congrats! As promised, if I decided to use a site that you suggested that automatically puts you in the prizes. The way it works is that the number one person choses first then the next and so on until there are no prizes left. Below are the prizes that I have chosen so far. 1. 1968D 40% Silver UNC Kennedy Half 2. 1/10 oz silver round 3. 1981S proof Type 1 Quarter - ANACS PF67DCAM 4. 1981S proof Type1 Nickel - ANACS PF68DCAM 5. 1943 Jefferson Nickel - FS-029 attributed by SEGS VF-20 6. 2009S 4 coin proof Lincoln set in plastic mint holder 7. 1986 Statue of Liberty Proof Half Dollar - no mint box
Looks like OC1909 will pick first. Awesome job OC1909! Man, those are some pretty good prizes! Mighty kind of you to give those away for a little internet research. I hope I hold on. I have my eye on a couple. I love Jeffersons & Lincolns, and I have been about to pull the trigger on the Statue of Liberty a couple of times. The pice is always just a tad higher than I want to go. Thanks again for the contest & congrats on a wonderful website!

@ OneCent, Twiggs and Heuvy thank you for your contributions and your continued recommendations. The wealth of coin in info is immense. At this time, I did not find anything useful that cannot be found elsewhere. I like Amanda's site and may eventually put that up as I get to know her better. I definitely try to support friends and those that I know. In conclusion, I ended up using one site that was recommended by OneCent but that was it. Thank you. Joe
