EBAY SCAM UPDATE! SHOULD I CALL THE POLICE?

    And he took 1/4 pound out of "THIS lot" and sold it to coins776. He is selling different pieces of "THIS lot" to different people. You have to prove that no one received and early coins. Otherwise, you lose.

    even by that definition the seller is still guilty of mail fraud. those types of bussiness practices are very deceptive to say the least. there is an intent to deceive the buyers in those types of listings.

    i have a good question for you and the others on here, why are you defending this seller? do you like to be scammed by those types of sellers? i just don't see how sellers like that can be good for ebay or any other market.

    Take it to paypal / ebay. This is no longer numismatics and this is not the place where you vent your crap on. Requesting this thread to be locked for good.
